Vice Chair Sandstrom called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the Jan. 30, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Watkins and Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.
H.C.R. 5 Concurrent Resolution Designating February 18, 2012 Congressional Gold Medal Day for Certain Veterans (Rep. C. Oda)
Rep. Oda introduced and explained the resolution to the committee with the assistance of Jani Iwamoto, Salt Lake County Council .
