Chair Osmond called the meeting to order at 4:04 pm.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hillyard, Sen. Morgan, and Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote.
S.B. 196 Software for Special Needs Children (W. Niederhauser)
Sen. Niederhauser introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Stephenson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Sen. Hillyard voting in opposition.
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Osmond adjourned the meeting at 4:41 pm.
