Sen. Christensen called the meeting to order at 2:13 PM

S.B. 41    Regulation of Tanning Facilities (Sen. P. Jones)

MOTION:    Sen. Jones moved to replace S.B. 41 with 1st Sub. S.B. 41. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Reid absent for the vote.

Rep. Barlow introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Robles moved to pass S.B. 25 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.



S.C.R. 2    Concurrent Resolution Encouraging Advance Health Care Directives (Sen. P. Jones)

Sen. Jones introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Jones moved to pass S.C.R. 2 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
