Chair Reid called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.



MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to adopt the minutes of the January 30, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Osmond absent for the vote.

Rep. Wilson introduced and explained the bill.



MOTION: Sen. Stevenson moved to adopt the following amendments:

MOTION: Sen. Osmond moved to transmit H.B. 201 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.



MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Chair Reid adjourned the meeting at 4:25 p.m.
