8 General Description:
9 This bill amends provisions relating to swine.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . amends provisions prohibiting the release of swine on public or private property for

22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 4-25-12.1 is amended to read:
24 4-25-12.1. Release of swine for hunting purposes.
25 H. (1) (a) .H A person may not release swine on public [or private] property for hunting
25a purposes.
25b H. (b) A person may release swine on private property for hunting purposes in accordance
25c with department rules made under Subsection (2).
25d (2) In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the
25e department shall make rules regulating the release of swine on private property for hunting
25f purposes. .H
