             11          This bill repeals provisions requiring a media owner to file a statement when a
             12      newspaper or periodical prints information that may influence an election and related
             13      criminal provisions.

             29      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             30          Section 1. Repealer.
             31          This bill repeals:
             32          Section 20A-11-102, Candidates and committee members to file statement of
             33      ownership of publication.
             34          Section 20A-11-1101, Illegal to publish political materials in certain publications
             35      under certain conditions.
