10 This joint resolution of the Legislature approves the reappointment of Jonathan C. Ball
11 as the Legislative Fiscal Analyst.

14 . approves the reappointment of Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for a
15 six-year term.

19 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
20 WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 36-12-7 , (1953), the Legislative
21 Management Committee, upon recommendation of its Budget Subcommittee, has
22 recommended the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the
23 Utah Legislature; and
24 WHEREAS, the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball in this position for a term of
25 office of six years commencing July 17, 2013, is subject to further approval of a majority vote
26 of both the House of Representatives and the Senate:
27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
28 the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Utah
29 Legislature be approved for a six-year term of office commencing July 17, 2013.
