The Economic Development and Workforce Services Committee has returned S.B. 46,
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AMENDMENTS, by Senator L. Robles, to the Rules
Committee without recommendation but with the following amendments:

Labor Appropriations Subcommittee regarding the programs and services funded
by the Occupational Safety and Health Restricted Account.
