Vice Chair Snow called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

S.B. 128    Financial Transparency in Education(D. Thatcher)

Vice Chair Snow announced that the sponsor of the bill had a conflict and would not be able to present the bill. He further noted that no other bills were scheduled on the agenda.

Due to lack of a quorum, Vice Chair Snow asked for an unofficial motion to adjourn.

MOTION:    Rep. Stratton moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Vice Chair Snow adjourned the meeting at 4:06 p.m.
