Chair Edwards called the meeting to order at 9:17 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Romero moved to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

S.B. 32    Environmental Health Scientist Act Sunset Reauthorization (Sen. G. Davis)

Sen. Davis presented the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Wilson moved to pass S.B. 32 out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Wilson moved to place S.B. 32 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Bird moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Edwards adjourned the meeting at 9:23 a.m.
