Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Ivory moved to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Mathis, Rep. Noel, Rep. Powell absent for the vote.

S.B. 130    Security Personnel Licensing Act Amendments (Sen. M. Dayton)

This bill was not heard.


S.B. 101    Division of Water Rights Revisions (Sen. M. Dayton)

Sen. Dayton introduced the bill to the committee, assisted by Kent Jones, State Engineer. A handout was provided to committee members.

MOTION:    Rep. Mathis moved to pass S.B. 101 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel absent for the vote.


S.B. 138    Amendments to Requirements for Governor's Proposed Budget (Sen. W. Harper)

Sen. Harper introduced the bill to the committee.
