Rep. Webb called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Poulson moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Kennedy and Rep. Peterson absent for the vote.

H.B. 279    Administrative Hearings by Counties (Rep. S. Cox)

Rep. Cox introduced the bill to the committee.

Spoke to the bill:    Mr. Adam Trupp, Utah Association of Counties

MOTION:    Rep. Hall moved to pass H.B. 279 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Webb adjourned the meeting at 4:21 p.m.
