Chair Barrus called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m.
 MOTION:    Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the February  25, 2013 meeting. 
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. McKell, Rep. Romero, and Rep.
Westwood absent for the vote.
 
 H.B. 355    Unclaimed Property Amendments  (Rep. D. Lifferth)
 
Rep. Lifferth introduced the bill to the committee, assisted by Scott Finlayson, Springville Police
Chief.
Spoke in favor of the bill:    LeGrand Bitter, Utah Association of Special Districts
 MOTION:    Rep. Christofferson moved to pass H.B. 355 out favorably.  The motion passed
unanimously.
 
 MOTION:    Rep. Christofferson moved to place H.B. 355 on the Consent Calendar.  The
motion passed unanimously.
 
 S.B. 171    Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Electronic Financial Payment Services 
(Sen. H. Stephenson)
 
Sen. Stephenson introduced the bill to the committee.
