Chair Powell called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m.

MOTION    Rep. Hemingway moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last and Rep. Nelson absent for the vote.

Chair Powell asked Rep. Froerer to chair the meeting in his place.

S.B. 113    Long-term Disability Coverage Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler)

Rep. Powell introduced the bill to the committee, assisted by Mr. Dan Andersen, Utah Retirement System.

MOTION:    Rep. Powell moved to pass S.B. 113 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Powell moved to place S.B. 113 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Powell resumed the chair.

MOTION:    Rep. Duckworth moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Powell adjourned the meeting at 12:15 p.m.
