Acting Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION: Sen. Valentine moved to approve the minutes of the February 11. 2013 meeting.      The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble, Sen. Davis and Sen. Weiler
absent for the vote.

S.B. 94 Government Records Amendments (C. Bramble)

Sen. Henderson explained that this bill was discussed and explained at our last meeting, but the bill was not technically in the possession of the committee and needed to be voted on again.

MOTION: Sen. Valentine moved to transmit S.B. 94 favorably . The motion passed      unanimously.

H.B. 71 Mobile and Manufactured Home Amendments (M. Roberts)

Rep. Roberts introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Valentine moved to transmit H.B. 71 favorably. The motion passed      unanimously.

MOTION:    Sen. Valentine moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Acting Chair Henderson adjourned the meeting at 4:08 p.m.
