Chair Osmond called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
        
Approval of Minutes    

MOTION:    Sen. Jones moved to adopt the minutes of the January 29, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Knudson, Okerlund, Reid and Stevenson absent for the vote.

S.B. 147    Workers' Compensation and Occupational Safety Related Amendments
            (Sen. K. Mayne)

The bill was not considered.

Department of Workforce Services Response to the State Auditor MANAGEMENT LETTER NO. 12-23 (FY 2012 annual audit of the basic financial statements).

Mr. Jon Pierpoint, Director, Department of Workforce Services distributed the handouts and responded to the audit findings.

M OTION:     Sen. Reid moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.     Chair Osmond adjourned the meeting at 2:45 p.m.
