Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m.
Chair Dayton announced that S.B. 149 would not be heard today.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the February 4, 2013 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Robles and Shiozawa absent for the
vote.
S.J.R. 2 Joint Resolution Reappointing Legislative Fiscal Analyst (Sen. W.
Niederhauser)
Pres. Niederhauser presented and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed
unanimously, with Sens. Robles and Shiozawa absent for the vote.
S.B. 126 Coordination of Services for Veterans (Sen. P. Knudson)
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to replace S.B. 126 with 1st Sub. S.B. 126. The motion
passed unanimously with Sens. Robles and Shiozawa absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to amend 1st Sub. S.B. 126 as follows:
