Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 2:13 p.m. 
    
 Approval of Minutes
 
MOTION:    Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of Jan 29 and Jan 30, 2013.

Sen. Robles  presented and explained this bill.

MOTION:     
Sen. Jones moved to pass S.B. 18 out favorably. The motion passed     
        unanimously.

Sen Weiler presented and explained this bill.

        unanimouisly      
 MOTION:    Sen. Weiler moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
