Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

Environmental Health Scientist Act Sunset Reauthorization

Sen. Davis presented and explained this bill.

 MOTION:    Sen. Okerlund moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable
recommendation.  The motion passed unanimously.
 
 H.B. 36 Storm Water Capture Amendments

Rep. Nielson presented and explained this bill.
 MOTION:      Sen. Okerlund moved to amend the bill as follows:
