Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION:    Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of February 11, 2013. The motion passed unanimously.

This bill was not considered.

H.B. 90    Fishing License Waiver Amendments (Rep. R. Chavez-Houck) (Sen. R. Okerlund)

Rep. Chavez-Houck presented and explained this bill.
