Chair Jenkins called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
S.C.R. 10 Concurrent Resolution Regarding Monticello Mill Tailings Site (D. Hinkins)
Sen. Hinkins presented and explained this bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable
recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Sens. Dabakis and
Okerlund absent for the vote.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of February 21, 2013. The
motion passed unanimously with Sen. Okerlund absent for the vote.

Sen. Osmond presented and explained this resolution.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable
recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Jenkins, Okerlund
and Vickers absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Acting Chair
Christensen adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
