Chair Henderson called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Harper moved to approve the minutes of Mar. 4, 2013. The motion passed
unanimously, with Sens. Adams, Davis, Jenkins, and Stephenson absent for the
vote.
MOTION: Sen. Valentine moved to approve the minutes of Mar. 5, 2013. The motion passed
unanimously, with Sens. Adams, Davis, Jenkins, and Stephenson absent for the
vote.
Chair Henderson announced that1st Sub.H.B. 158 would not be heard.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to hear 1st Sub. H.B.158 at the meeting. The motion passed,
with Sen. Stephenson voting in opposition, and Sens Adams, Davis, and Jenkins
absent for the vote.
