Committee Chair Weiler called the meeting to order at 12:14 pm.

Approval of Minutes

Chair Weiler relinquished the Chair to Sen. Dayton.

S.B. 56    Utah 211 Referral Information Network (Sen. T. Weiler)

Sen.Weiler introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Weiler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

1st Sub. H.B. 24    Utah Retirement System Amendments (Rep. D. Ipson)

Sen. Weiler introduced and explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Dan Anderson, Counsel, Utah Retirement System.


MOTION:    
Sen. Weiler moved to pass 1st Sub. H.B. 24 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble absent for the vote.

H.B. 35    Retirement Analysis for New Public Entities (Rep. D. Ipson)

Sen. Weiler introduced and explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Dan Anderson, Counsel, Utah Retirement System.

MOTION:    Sen. Weiler moved to pass H.B. 35 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble absent for the vote.

S.B. 113    Long-term Disability Coverage Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler)

Sen. Weiler introduced and explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Dan Anderson, Counsel, Utah Retirement System.

MOTION:    Sen. Weiler moved to pass S.B. 113 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble absent for the vote.

    Sen. Mayne moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Bramble absent for the vote.

Chair Weiler adjourned the meeting at 12:41 p.m.
