Committee Chair Weiler called the meeting to order at 4:35 pm.

H.B. 95    Amortization Rate Contribution for Reemployed Retirees Revisions (Rep. D. Sagers) (Sen. T. Weiler)

Rep. Sagers introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Mayne moved to pass H.B. 95 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Sen. Mayne moved to place H.B. 95 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Sen. Bramble moved to approve minutes of the February 6, 2013 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
