Representative Don L. Ipson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 27 :    

             27      remaining has been given;
    
  . provides that the mere carrying or possession of a firearm or dangerous weapon does not warrant an order to leave;      


2.    Page 4, Line 98 :    

             98      higher education after being ordered to leave under Subsection (1)(a).
    
  (c) The mere carrying or possession of a firearm or dangerous weapon, whether visible or concealed, without additional behavior or circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to believe the firearm or dangerous weapon was carried or possessed unlawfully or with criminal intent, does not warrant an order to leave under this Subsection (1).
