Representative Jeremy A. Peterson proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 21
    House Committee Amendments
    2-5-2013 :    

             21      accident report to the prosecuting attorney for screening;
{   and   }

    
  . provides that the failure of a peace officer to comply with the requirements does not create a private right of action; and      


2.    Page 2, Line 47
    a.House Committee Amendments
    b.2-5-2013 :    

             47      accordance with Title 77, Chapter 2, Prosecution, Screening, and Diversion.
 

    (c) The failure of a peace officer to comply with the requirements of this Subsection (4) does not create a private right of action.
