Representative Jim Bird proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Lines 14 through 15 :

  for liquor revenue collected during the 2012-13 fiscal year only,       directs the deposit of 25% of the growth in the amount of liquor revenues to the

             15      Education Fund;

2.    Page 1, Lines 20 through 22 :
