Representative Eric K. Hutchings proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 10, Line 370:    After line 370 insert:
        "The Legislature intends that of the $400,000 appropriated from
        the General Fund, One-time in Senate Bill 2 Item 10 for the
        Netsmartz program, $100,000 be moved for expenses related
        to the Identity Theft Reporting and Information System (IRIS)
        and an additional $100,000 be moved to the Internet Crimes
        Against Children (ICAC) program."
