Representative Bradley G. Last proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 65 through 66 :    

             65          (c) an estimate of the cost to repair, replace,
  or       restore      {   , or maintain   } each component

             66      identified in the reserve analysis;

2.    Page 3, Lines 67 through 69 :    

             67          (d) an estimate of the total annual contribution to a reserve fund necessary to meet the
             68      cost to repair, replace,
  or       restore      {   , or maintain   } each component identified in the reserve analysis

             69      during the component's useful life and at the end of the component's useful life; and

3.    Page 6, Lines 159 through 160 :    

             159          (c) an estimate of the cost to repair, replace,
  or       restore      {   , or maintain   } each component

             160      identified in the reserve analysis;

4.    Page 6, Lines 161 through 163 :    

             161          (d) an estimate of the total annual contribution to a reserve fund necessary to meet the
             162      cost to repair, replace,
  or       restore      {   , or maintain   } each component identified in the reserve analysis

             163      during the component's useful life and at the end of the component's useful life; and
