             18          .    provides for the holding of meetings;

2.    Page 3, Lines 65 through 66 :    

             65          (10) The Special Investigative Committee
{   may adopt guidelines and procedures to be

             66      followed in the investigation   }
  shall adopt guidelines, procedures, and standards of proof to be followed in the investigation and reporting process       .
