8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the Department of Natural Resources provisions by repealing certain
10 natural resources related accounts.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . repeals the Recreational Trails and Streams Enhancement and Protection Account;
14 . repeals the Natural Resources Conservation Easement Account;
15 . repeals the Wetlands Protection Account; and
16 . makes conforming changes.
