25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 19-6-124 is enacted to read:
27 19-6-124. Burial of nonhazardous solid waste by an individual.
28 Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, an individual may bury
29 nonhazardous solid waste on the individual's own property if:
30 (1) the individual lives in an area where no public or duly licensed waste disposal
31 service is available;
32 (2) the individual owns the nonhazardous solid waste; and
33 (3) the nonhazardous solid waste is generated on the individual's private property.
