10 General Description:
11 This bill modifies Title 58, Chapter 37, Utah Controlled Substances Act, by adding
12 controlled substances.
13 Highlighted Provisions:
14 This bill:
15 . adds new "spice" and emerging drug analogs to the listed controlled substances.

19 This bill provides an immediate effective date.

115 Section 2. Effective date.
116 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
117 upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
118 Constitution Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto,
119 the date of veto override.
