             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Section 17-50-336 is enacted to read:
             23          17-50-336. Reassignment of lien prohibited.
             24          A county may not reassign a lien created under Title 59, Chapter 2, Part 13, Collection
             25      of Taxes, on real property.
