7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill repeals the Veterans' Nursing Home Reimbursement Restricted Account and
10 appropriates the funds that remain in the account.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . repeals the Veterans' Nursing Home Reimbursement Restricted Account; and
14 . appropriates $105,000 from a General Fund restricted account to the Utah Veterans'
15 Nursing Home Fund.
16 Money Appropriated in this Bill:
17 This bill appropriates in fiscal year 2014:
18 . to the General Fund Restricted - Utah Veterans' Nursing Home Fund as a one-time
19 appropriation:
20 . from the General Fund Restricted, One-time - Veterans' Nursing Home
21 Reimbursement Restricted Account, $105,000.
22 Other Special Clauses:
23 This bill provides an immediate effective date.

28 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
29 Section 1. Repealer.
30 This bill repeals:
31 Section 71-11-11 , Veterans' Nursing Home Reimbursement Restricted Account.
32 Section 2. Appropriation.
33 Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, for
34 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014, the following sums of money
35 are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts
36 previously appropriated, out of the funds or accounts indicated. These sums of money are in
37 addition to any amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2014.

39 From General Fund Restricted, One-time

44 Section 3. Effective date.
45 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
46 upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
47 Constitution, Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto,
48 the date of veto override.
