8 General Description:
9 This bill repeals provisions relating to Division of Air Quality rulemaking procedures.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . repeals provisions prohibiting the Division of Air Quality from adopting rules
13 relating to the federal Clean Air Act that are more stringent than corresponding
14 federal regulations.
