    The Political Subdivisions Committee has returned H.B. 104, SCHOOL PLANNING AND ZONING COMPLIANCE, by Representative R. Cunningham, to the Rules Committee, without recommendation, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 19, Lines 566 through 569 :    

             566          (2) The superintendent may employ architects or other qualified personnel, or contract
             567      with the State Building Board, the state fire marshal,

  a school district building inspector,       or a local governmental entity to:

             568          (a) examine the plans and specifications of any school building or alteration submitted
             569      under this chapter;
