    The Public Utilities and Technology Committee recommends H.B. 128, ELECTRONIC DEVICE LOCATION AMENDMENTS, by Representative R. Wilcox, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 128, ELECTRONIC DEVICE LOCATION AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1) Page 3, Line 68:     After the word, "entity"
        Delete " no later than 24 hours" and
        Insert " as soon as reasonably possible"
