Madam Speaker:
The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on
H.B. 190, BREATHALYZER AMENDMENTS, by Representative G. Hughes, with the following
amendments:

3, Lines 60 through 62

(iv) the breathalyzer may be able to be shut down remotely; and

conspicuous location by the breathalyzer:

a notice to the user of the breathalyzer that the timing
