    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 218, TAX CREDIT FOR WORKING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, by Representative E. Hutchings, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 49 through 50 :    

             49          (3)

  (a)       A claimant may not carry forward or carry back a tax credit provided for under this

             50      section.
    
  (b) A claimant may not claim a tax credit under this section for more than four taxable years.
