    The Political Subdivisions Committee recommends H.B. 258, MUNICIPAL BUSINESS LICENSING AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Anderegg, be replaced with 2nd Sub. H.B. 258, MUNICIPAL BUSINESS LICENSING AMENDMENTS, with the following amendments, has returned the bill to the Rules Committee, and recommends the bill be studied during the 2014 interim.

1.    Page 3, Lines 69 through 70 :    

             69          (iii) does not employ employees or contract with independent contractors
