Madam Speaker:

    The Health and Human Services Committee recommends H.B. 286, CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION, by Representative A. Romero, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 286, CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION with the following amendments:

    (b) Upon the written request of a student's parent or guardian, the student shall be excused from the instruction described in Subsection (2).
