    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 335, SUPPLEMENTAL SAVINGS PLAN AMENDMENTS, by Representative R. Cunningham, with the following amendments:

{   None   }        This bill takes effect on June 21, 2014.      


2.    Page 3, Lines 76 through 77 :    

             76      executive director shall make rules establishing procedures to implement the provisions of this
             77      section.
    
  Section 2. Effective date.

    This bill takes effect on June 21, 2014.
