    The Health and Human Services Committee recommends H.B. 348, CHILD SUPPORT AMENDMENTS, by Representative K. Stratton, be replaced with 1st Sub. H.B. 348, CHILD SUPPORT AMENDMENTS, with the following amendments, and has returned it to the Rules Committee.

1.    Page 4, Lines 88 through 91 :    

             88          (8) If Subsection (7)(d)(v)(A) or (B) is met and a

{   stay-at-home   } parent      {   applies for   }        receives      

             89      assistance under Title 35A, Chapter 3, Employment Support Program,
  or the child becomes subject to the care and custody of the state,       income may be
