    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 12, AGE LIMIT FOR TOBACCO AND RELATED PRODUCTS, by Senator S. Reid, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 27 through Page 2, Line 28 :    

             27      Other Special Clauses:
             28          

{   None   }        This bill takes effect on July 1, 2016.      


2.    Page 19, Lines 576 through 579 :    

             576          (iv) the name and description of the cashier or proprietor from whom the individual
             577      attempted the purchase;
             578          (v) the name and address of the retail establishment; and
             579          (vi) the date and time of the attempted purchase.
  Section 16. Effective date.

This bill takes effect on July 1, 2016.
