Madam Speaker:

    The Economic Development and Workforce Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. S.B. 22, WORKFORCE SERVICES JOB LISTING AMENDMENTS, by Senator P. Knudson, with the following amendments and, due to fiscal impact, recommends it be referred to the Rules Committee for prioritization.

1.    Page 4, Lines 97 through 99
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    3-3-2014 :    

             97          (c) Faculty related job vacancies and job vacancies for part-time wage related jobs
             98      typically filled by students at state institutions of higher education are exempt from the
             99      requirements of Subsection (5)(a).
    

  (d) Subsection (5)(a) does not apply to school districts.
