    The Business and Labor Committee recommends S.B. 57, AUTISM SERVICES AMENDMENTS, by Senator B. Shiozawa, be replaced, favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 57, AUTISM SERVICES AMENDMENTS, and, due to unknown fiscal impact, recommends the substitute be referred to the Rules Committee pending completion of a fiscal note.
