    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee recommends 2nd Sub. S.B. 120, SHELTER ANIMAL VACCINE AMENDMENTS, by Senator S. Jenkins, be replaced, favorably recommends 3rd Sub. S.B. 120, SHELTER ANIMAL VACCINE AMENDMENTS, and, due to unknown fiscal impact, recommends the substitute be referred to the Rules Committee pending completion of a fiscal note.
