    The Education Committee recommends S.B. 131, STUDENT LEADERSHIP GRANT, by Senator A. Osmond, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 131, STUDENT LEADERSHIP GRANT with the following amendments:

1.    Page 4, Lines 110 through 111 :    

             110      addition to any amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2015.
