    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 158, CEMETERY AMENDMENTS, by Senator S. Jenkins, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 78 through 80
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    2-24-2014 :    

             78          (2) The county [recorders] recorder shall file [such abstracts] the transcript described in
             79      Subsection (1) without charge

{   and make any and all necessary notations upon the [plats of the

             80      cemeteries theretofore filed with them] plat of the respective cemetery   } .
